Chief Clinical Pharmacist

This permanent role involves leading the development and management of core clinical education activities in a tertiary care setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to enhance the skills of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading or developing educational programmes and a high level of clinical skills and knowledge as well as judgement and reasoning. You will also need excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Design and implement core clinical education activities.
- Conduct practice-based research projects in clinical pharmacy and clinical education.
- Perform a small clinical load once to twice a week.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with clinical education in a hospital or academic setting.
- A relevant post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or clinical education.
- Extensive experience in leading or developing educational programmes.
- Extensive clinical pharmacy experience in a tertiary care setting.
This is a full-time opportunity with 80 hours per fortnight schedule and offers salary packaging and novated leasing through Maxxia.'],
