At our organisation, we are seeking an innovative and dedicated leader to oversee the educational programs of our centres. We offer a unique opportunity for a Chief Education Officer to lead our team in providing high-quality educational experiences for children.

Job Description

The Chief Education Officer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Mentoring and guiding our educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional educational outcomes
  • Fostering strong relationships with parents and families to keep them informed about their child's progress

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Director or higher management experience in early childhood education
  • Business performance skills, including KPI and budget management
  • Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Exceeding Themes
  • Understanding of the National Law and Regulations
  • Diploma in Early Education or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Teaching
