**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer (Site Chief/ Chief MIT) to manage the Cranbourne site.
- Preferably with experience managing staff, or can demonstrate the ability to manage their own work and provide direction to others. Helping others to grow and fulfil their career objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction in delivery of Radiology services including strategic planning, efficient management of staff, and resources, clinical governance, quality control, risk management and accreditation
- Working collaboratively with Regional Management and Admin co-ordinator to build an environment of trust, respect and integrity.
- A focus on quality activities, such as reporting, accreditation and continuous improvement

**You Will Have**
- A values driven attitude
- Excellent customer service and patient focus skills
- The ability to maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates
- The appropriate tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging
- Multi-modality experience is preferred, but not essential
- The ability to effectively communicate and lead a clinical team in a high-performance setting
- The ability to showcase an aptitude towards time management, initiative and commercial acumen
- Current State Radiation License
- AHPRA Registration
- Post-graduate qualifications in Management or Health Services equivalent is desirable, however, support towards further studies may be offered
