We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Officer. This is a 12-month contract position that offers flexibility and opportunities for career progression in a remote or hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Graduate Recruitment Lead to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist with coordinating graduate recruitment campaigns from advertising to onboarding.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and liaise with stakeholders for a seamless experience for new graduates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in recruitment or HR.
- Familiarity with PageUp or similar ATS is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who enjoys supporting others and working collaboratively.
- Genuine interest in early careers recruitment.
