About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at LNW Gaming ANZ Pty Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team that is responsible for the order management life cycle from point of order configuration through to delivery to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Establish performance benchmarks and coach the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve internal and external customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures in a timely and effective manner.
- Review and provide recommendations on order configuration to dispatch process improvements.
- Drive customer service excellence by ensuring timely and effective responses to customer needs.
- Proactively engage in continuous improvement activities to capitalize on the ongoing growth of the company.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
Requirements
- An established Customer Service/Order Fulfillment Manager with experience leading customer service and order management functions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Technically strong, with experience of ERPs/CRMs and ability to understand product Bills Of Materials.
- Exceptional planning, organizing, and structured problem-solving abilities.
- High-level Excel and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Desire to learn.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
Experience, Education, and Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with tertiary qualifications in Management.
- Sound Lean practical experience with a demonstrated Lean implementation of projects within a production environment.

- Advise your manager if you do not believe you have the skills, training, or equipment to safely perform your duties.
