This role is focused on delivering high-quality pastoral care that is culturally relevant, age-appropriate and sensitive to the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the pastoral care team

- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with our clients and stakeholders

- Maintaining professional, personal and spiritual development

- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and reporting

Essential Qualifications:

- One or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent qualification

- Relevant theological or pastoral studies

Desirable Experience:

- Proven ability to work effectively in a large, complex organisation

- Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs

- Empathy and affinity with vulnerable individuals

- Basic understanding of different faiths

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
