We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team at Songbird Home Pty Ltd. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate in their communities.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities and achieve their goals.
- Work collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and supportive environment for our participants.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care.
- 1 year's experience in the Health, Care, and/or Disability industry.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screen Check.
- Valid Australian Driver Licence (Red Provisional minimum).
