We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bundaberg, QLD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping older members of our community maintain their independence and wellbeing.

About the Role

The primary focus of this position is to provide home help services including:

  • General housekeeping and laundry
  • Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming floors
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping

You will also be responsible for providing personal care services such as:

  • Assisting clients with bathing and showering
  • Assisting clients to take their medications
  • Providing social and emotional support
What We Offer
  • Award rate $32.74 per hour + Super + paid KM's

Requirements
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications
