Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients in the beautiful town of Bundaberg.Position Overview:We are currently seeking dedicated Personal Care Workers to provide high-quality in-home care to our elderly clients.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in promoting client independence and improving their quality of life.Key Responsibilities:Administer medications accurately and responsibly.Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing and showering.Deliver personalized, person-centered care in accordance with each client's unique needs and preferences.What We Offer:Shifts of 6 to 8 hours, Monday to Friday, with the option for casual afternoon shifts.A supportive and positive work environment.The opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to your local community.Healthy work life balance Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements:A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Care Worker.Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care (or an equivalent qualification).
