Job Overview:

The Senior Industrial Relations Partner is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking and exceptional people management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • This position oversees all Industrial and Employee Relations (IR/ER) matters across Australia & New Zealand, providing expert guidance to leaders and teams on IR/ER strategies and initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with people leaders to investigate workplace incidents and develop solutions, leveraging their deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation and emerging issues, ensuring the organization remains compliant and competitive.
  • Develop and implement effective IR/ER frameworks and policies that support business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Legal or a related field, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Detailed knowledge of current employment legislation, with the ability to analyze complex information and provide actionable advice.
