Job Overview

This role requires a senior business partner with extensive experience in managing partnerships, channels and alliances. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful partner programs and driving growth through new business creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a strategic business plan with assigned partners and execute it throughout the fiscal year to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with sales teams and attend sales appointments with designated partners where appropriate
  • Drive partners to build a strong pipeline based on new business creation
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels and recruit new resellers
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel or alliances management
  • Proven experience developing a successful partner program with partner recruitment and enablement
  • Growth mindset, results-oriented and action-driven
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a virtual team
