Job Description

This role involves developing and building relationships across the business to support senior business leaders in day-to-day management of the enterprise, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-value business partnering support and driving month-end, forecasting, and budgeting results by performing a range of financial processes and functions.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Business Partnering: provide analytical and financial support to senior business leaders and financial controllers through insightful, strategic reporting.
  • Management Accounting: accountable for timely and accurate completion of allocated finance functions for month-end, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Financial Modelling: responsible for preparing and analysing financial models for budgeting and planning within the finance department and related stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: critically assess workflows and drive efficiencies and process improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll have exceptional business partnering skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will also need to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting, CA/CPA qualified with minimum 3 years post-qualified experience, and 5+ years' experience in finance business partnering.
