Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Expert.
About the Role:
This role involves providing exceptional service across various food and beverage operations, including breakfast service, in-room dining, lounge service, bar service, and restaurant service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure prompt and accurate service, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Set up and prepare the breakfast area, including food displays and beverage stations.
- Deliver personalized dining room set up in rooms and engage interactively with guest in-house.
- Provide service in the lounge area, including preparing and serving beverages and light snacks.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Manage table settings and ensure a tidy dining environment.
- Assist with setup and service during events or catered functions.
- Monitor inventory levels for various food and beverage areas and assist with ordering and restocking supplies.
Requirements:
- An up-to-date RSA certification.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Proficient and confident in delivering storylines to guests.
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
