We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Victoria. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing streamlined administrative systems and processes to support our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Client-Centred Rosters: Create client-centred rosters that consider individual client and staff needs, are cost-effective, and prepared in a timely manner.
- Provide Accurate Data and Reports: Accurately provide data, information, and reports related to rostering client services and advise changes to care and service delivery.
- Improve Quality: Actively participate in the implementation of the Continuous Quality Improvement Program as it applies to Aged & Disability Services.
- Collaborate with Clients: Foster an understanding of client needs and aspirations to explore options and develop actions that meet their needs.
- Learning Opportunities: Contribute to regular learning opportunities for colleagues and actively foster a learning environment.
- Organisation and Time Management: Ability to plan and organise work, set priorities, and achieve objectives within available resources and timetable.
- Professionalism and Integrity: Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to gain cooperation and assistance from people with diverse backgrounds.
- Administrative Experience: Certificate or Diploma in Office / Business Administration or lesser formal qualifications with relevant administrative experience.
