Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to maintain efficient and productive operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee scheduling and fleet utilisation to maximise profitability
- Coordinate rosters, load plans and other operational issues on a day-to-day basis
- Manage outbound dispatch, data entry, paperwork, and load coordination / compliance
- Monitor staff KPI's including delivery window targets
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Responsible for managing site policies & procedures including injury management and reporting

Requirements:

- Previous experience in transport operations environment
- Strong understanding of fatigue management, load restraint and mass management
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP and Transport Management Systems

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday. Availability for occasional Saturday shifts may be required.
