Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse business performance metrics and lead indicators to generate actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data models and workflows using platforms such as Databricks, SQL Server, and Cloudera for reporting and advanced analytics.
  • Create and optimise visual analytics dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with various business partners, IT teams, and delivery teams to ensure end-to-end delivery, including productisation and operationalisation of data assets.
  • Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across managed datasets.
Your Essential Skills:
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in data and analytics roles, preferably within the Telco or large B2B sectors, with tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. data science, statistics, IT).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Alteryx, with strong capability in data engineering, governance, and advanced data analysis.
  • Skilled in data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong commercial competence and experience in aligning analytics to business strategy, customer performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach.
