Chief People Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief People Officer to join our executive leadership team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organisation's approach to people services, ensuring that it is contemporary, values-based, evidence-driven, and an enabler of strong community outcomes.

About the Role

The Chief People Officer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic people plans, working closely with the incoming CEO and other members of the executive leadership team. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing effective people strategies to drive organisational performance and growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Providing expert advice on people-related matters, including HR policy, employment law, and talent management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant executive experience in leading people and culture functions across complex multi-faceted environments. You should also have strengths in organisational development and systems improvement, as well as a proven track record of driving business results through effective people strategies.
