Digital Content and Engagement Specialist

The Communications, Engagement and Advocacy team is seeking a talented Digital Content and Engagement Specialist to join our growing team.

This role will drive digital content and campaign engagement across multiple channels, reporting directly to a senior communications leader. Key responsibilities include creating engaging video, photo, and written content for social and web platforms.

  • Create multimedia content
  • Develop and execute the social media and digital strategy
  • Run campaigns that enhance visibility and engagement
  • Monitor community sentiment and respond or escalate as needed
  • Build networks to uncover strong content opportunities
  • Stay informed on trends and platform developments

This full-time ongoing role is based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, with the organisation operating across multiple sites and regions. Some travel may be required.
