Digital Content Creator\
Are you looking to contribute to a dynamic team that brings learning experiences to life? We're seeking a Digital Content Creator to join our team and help us develop engaging, interactive, and accessible e-learning content.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital design, with a portfolio showcasing course development, interactive e-learning projects, and/or multimedia content creation. You'll be proficient in e-learning authoring tools and an adept user of Adobe Creative Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Design and develop engaging, interactive, and learner-centric content using industry-standard software and digital design techniques.
  • Create visually appealing course materials, multimedia elements, assessments, and activities.
  • Utilize e-learning authoring tools to build innovative and accessible courses that prioritize the learner.
  • Multimedia Integration: design, develop, and integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, motion-graphics, animation, video, and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
  • User Experience: design with the user in mind and develop courses with intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall experience.
  • Process Improvement: follow established process standards and procedures and contribute to production improvements.
  • Quality Assurance: perform and implement quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and overall quality of the content before deployment.

Required Skills:\
  • Qualification: a degree in digital design or a related field is desirable.
  • Functional Experience: digital design experience, preferably in e-learning content creation, with a portfolio showcasing course development, interactive e-learning projects, and/or multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency: proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and an adept understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Media Encoder, Dreamweaver, etc).
  • Knowledge: an understanding of learning design principles.
