Team Leader, Multimedia Developer at ANZIIF

We're seeking a Multimedia Developer who will play a key role in delivering high-quality, interactive learning content that delights students, customers, and stakeholders alike. In this role, your creativity and technical expertise will directly enhance the learning journey and outcomes of thousands of learners.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality multimedia learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Collaborate with Learning Designers and stakeholders to ensure projects are smooth, timely, and meet the highest standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, ensuring seamless learner experiences.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, balancing creativity, functionality, and deadlines

What you'll bring:

  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline & Rise, plus Adobe Creative Cloud is a must
  • Basic LMS administration knowledge (Moodle preferred)
  • Strong visual design and methodical problem-solving skills
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Tertiary qualification in multimedia, graphic design, or similar (desirable)
  • Experience in education, eLearning, or stakeholder-focused environments (desirable)
