Senior Service Delivery Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional service delivery. Your ability to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues will be essential in influencing, negotiating, and coaching at senior levels.

This role requires strong negotiation capabilities alongside excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. You will work closely with functional and non-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless engagement and delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple business and project-based initiatives simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in information systems management and supervisory leadership in a complex organisation
  • Tertiary/Postgraduate qualifications and/or relevant management experience
  • Knowledge of middleware and integration technologies
  • ITIL qualifications with service management experience in an operational environment (desirable)
