  • Lead the team in managing the village, ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including financials, resident engagement, and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Retirement Village Manager with a genuine passion for positively impacting residents' lives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to foster professional relationships and manage complaints effectively.
  • Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate or have the ability to rapidly obtain.
