About the Role

This is a great opportunity to manage a team at Bond University, working in a fast-paced environment that offers the chance to utilize your experience and contribute positively to the safety and security of students on campus. The role involves:

  • Daily oversight of the security and safety operation;
  • Managing a team of security personnel;
  • Managing stakeholder and client relations;
  • Responding to client inquiries;
  • Assisting in emergency response incidents;
  • Maintaining reports and compliance;
  • Maintaining training programs for personnel.

Requirements

  • QLD Security Licence with crowd control and monitoring;
  • Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations;
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate;
  • Current open drivers' licence;
  • Previous management and/or leadership experience;
  • Experience in the University/education sector preferred;
  • Intermediate level computer skills required;
  • Unrestricted availability to work a 24/7 roster.
