Customer Service Professional - Weekend Front of House

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service professional to join our team on weekends, providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean environment.

This role involves ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and management, providing outstanding customer experiences, and upholding high standards of professionalism.

About the Position:

  • Fri-Sat night shifts: 4-10PM
  • Valid RSA certification required
  • Casual employment arrangement

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • $31-$38 per hour
  • 12-15 hours of work per week
  • Supplementary pay for penalty rates, retention bonuses, and tips
