We are seeking a reliable and punctual delivery driver to join our team.

As a Contract Courier Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently across various locations.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, has great communication skills, and is customer-focused.

**Responsibilities**

- Measuring, counting, weighing freight

- Reporting time to operators at each stop

- Safely securing freight to the vehicle

- Asking for directions via radio after each stop

- Achieving a KPI of 10 jobs per day

**Requirements**

- Australian or International License

- Active ABN (easily obtainable online)

- Full Australian Working Rights

- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required

**Benefits**

- Minimum guarantee of $340.00 per day

- Opportunities for overtime

- Fully equipped specialized vehicle under a rental agreement

**Bonus Schemes**

- Reliability Bonus: $200 per month for reliable on-time pickups and attendance

- Performance Bonus: $10 per additional delivery for averaging over 10 jobs per day

- Birthday Bonus: A paid day off for the birthday of employees who have been engaged for at least 6 months

- Referral Bonus: $500 for each successful referral who stays engaged for over 2 months

**Pay Period**

Payments made on the 25th of each month for the 1st to 15th period

Payments made on the 10th of the following month for the 16th to end period

**Hours of Work**

Monday to Friday

Start between 7 am - 8 am at the first pickup, finish before 5 pm or until all deliveries are completed

Deliveries after 5 pm are paid as overtime on top of the minimum guarantee
