Job Title:

Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for safely and effectively delivering freight across various locations.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for measuring, counting and weighing freight.
  • Measuring time at both pick-up and drop-off points is also an essential part of this role.
  • You will report to the operator at each stop to ensure seamless delivery.
  • The safety and security of freight is paramount, therefore, you will need to safely secure freight to the vehicle.
  • Effective communication with the operator via radio to obtain directions is crucial in this position.
  • Achieving a high level of productivity is required, with a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of 10 jobs per day over the course of the pay period.

Requirements:

  • Australian or International Licence is mandatory.
  • An Active ABN (easily obtainable online) is also required.
  • Full Australian Working Rights are necessary for this role.
  • A Covid-19 Vaccination certificate is compulsory.
  • Previous delivery experience is preferred but not essential.

Benefits:

  • A minimum guarantee of $330.00 per day.
  • Overtime paid on top of the minimum guarantee.
  • A Reliability Bonus of over $200 per month for consistent on-time pickups and attendance.
  • A Performance Bonus of $10 per additional delivery for achieving more than 10 jobs per day.
  • A Birthday Bonus – a paid day off for your birthday after 6 months of service.
  • A Referral Bonus of $200 for successful referrals who complete 3 months of service.
