The role of Freight Delivery Specialist is a vital component of our logistics operations.

This position involves the transportation and delivery of goods to various locations around metropolitan and regional areas, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading packages, often involving weights of up to 25kgs
  • Delivering and picking up packages to multiple locations, adhering to customer instructions and timelines
  • Lodging international and domestic freight, accurately processing paperwork through the C1 system
  • Operating forklifts and maintaining fleet vehicle cleanliness
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures, as outlined in the Handbook and standalone policies

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:

  • A forklift license
  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and literacy skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to drive manual or automatic vehicles for extended periods

Preferred experience includes:

  • Knowledge of the Biomedical industry
  • 2-3 years driving/transport experience
  • Experience with OBS Operating system
  • Medium/Heavy Rigid License
