Commercial Property Management Opportunity

We seek a motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Property Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards. They will also be responsible for managing rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs with a strong focus on arrears control.

  • Be the first point of contact for tenant enquiries and assist in resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prepare annual operating budgets.
  • Process invoices and manage debtors efficiently.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial property.
  • Tertiary qualification (Property specialisation preferred but not essential).
  • Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
