Looking to break into property management and actually be set up for long-term success?

AtHunter Property Management, we do one thing and we do it well:property management.

We're not a sales agency. That means you won't be juggling priorities, drowning in listings, or spread too thin. Instead, you'll join a focused, tight-knit team where quality, relationships, and doing things right come first.

We're looking for aProperty Management Associatewho wants more than just admin work.

This role is designed for someone who's ready to grow into afull Property Managerover time — and we'll support you every step of the way.

What you'll be doing

You'll split your week between support work and stepping into real PM tasks.

3 days/week – Associate responsibilities:

  • Open homes and routine inspections
  • Processing rental applications
  • Tenancy handovers and documentation
  • General admin and operational support for the PM team

2 days/week – Property Management responsibilities:

  • Tenant and landlord communication
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Managing a small, high-quality portfolio (with support)
  • Developing hands-on PM experience with mentorship

Who we're looking for

We don't expect you to know it all — just come ready to learn. You're probably someone who:

  • Is well-organised and dependable
  • Communicates easily and confidently
  • Wants to build a long-term career in property management
  • Enjoys working in a small, friendly team
  • Is comfortable using technology and open to new systems

Experience in real estate is a bonus, but not required. This is the perfect stepping stone role if you're serious about building a career in property.
