About the Role

Talent Right is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales and revenue growth within our accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth within our accounts.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, develop strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Branch Operations: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized branch, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team members, and escalating any issues to management promptly.
  • Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members, ensuring proactive issue resolution and high client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service roles, including B2B supply dealing with a large number of SKUs.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record in achieving results and providing strong leadership, general knowledge of welding processes and products, competence in using systems, including CRM and ERP.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, sales mindset, friendly nature, solid attention to detail, and a process-driven approach.
