Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth within our accounts.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, develop strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Branch Operations: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized branch, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our team members, and escalating any issues to management promptly.
- Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and ensure successful project execution.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members, ensuring proactive issue resolution and high client satisfaction.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service roles, including B2B supply dealing with a large number of SKUs.
- Qualifications: Proven track record in achieving results and providing strong leadership, general knowledge of welding processes and products, competence in using systems, including CRM and ERP.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, sales mindset, friendly nature, solid attention to detail, and a process-driven approach.
