Senior Commercial Property Manager Job Summary

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to oversee a diverse and high-quality portfolio, partnering with some of the industry's most well-known clients. As a senior commercial property manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and arrears management
  • Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and contractor management across the portfolio
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets providing strategic advice to clients

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in commercial property management at senior or leadership level preferred
  • Strong knowledge of lease administration, property legislation, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
