As a Registered Nurse in Clinical Governance and Education, you will play a vital role in ensuring older people receive high-quality care and support.

You will work collaboratively with our team to promote contemporary practices across residential facilities or home care services. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting adherence to policies and procedures, relevant standards, legislation, and accepted industry practices
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of our quality management system
  • Responding to clinical care and educational needs of residential facilities or home care services as directed by the Quality Support Team, Regional/Operational Manager, and/or Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Current Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse General with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency
  • Current driver's license
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or willingness to complete same
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development
  • Minimum of three years post-registration/enrolment clinical experience
