This role is for a dynamic and dedicated mental health professional to join our community-based service.
About the Role
We are seeking a committed and skilled registered nurse to provide specialist mental health assessment, diagnosis, care coordination, and treatment for older adults and younger individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care that is recovery-focused and trauma-informed.
- Safe and effective triage, assessment, risk assessment and care planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements For This Role
- Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APRHA) registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
