The Operational Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient maintenance and processing of departmental tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the cashbox for the day according to standard procedures.
- Process all customer transactions, including sales, refunds, credits, and returns.
- Respond professionally to incoming calls and redirect when necessary.
- Assist the Operations team as needed, including holiday cover.
- Perform housekeeping tasks as required.
