
Technical Support Specialist

As a Help Desk Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal and external customers.
You will work closely with the IT Customer Support Manager to prepare reports and contribute to achieving high service standards.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all departmental goals are met, including Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and customer experience measures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service and 1st level technical support to customers.
- Assist with preparation of reports as needed.
- Contribute to achieving high service standards.
- Ensure all departmental goals are met.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology.
- 3+ years' experience working in an IT Helpdesk.
- Strong written, verbal & interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Information Technology functions within an Enterprise environment.
- Advanced understanding of Windows 10.
- Advanced understanding of MS Office and Office 365.
- Sound knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies.
- Sound knowledge of SOE Principals and Concepts.
- Sound knowledge of Active Directory and exposure to Citrix.
- Experience supporting Android and iOS devices.
