Clinical Data Analyst

The eHealth Clinical Analyst (Surgical Management) is a key position within Eastern Health, responsible for designing and optimizing surgical and theatre workflows in electronic medical records. This role involves analyzing, designing, building, and implementing documentation and workflow solutions to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of surgical and theatre processes.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:
- At least 2 years of experience using Oracle Health Millennium Solutions or another Electronic Medical Record application.
- Experience with clinical workflows in medium to large hospital settings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease and efficiency, with skills in prioritization, problem-solving, organization, decision-making, time management, and planning.
- High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
- Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
- Ability to seek advice and direction from technical experts.
- Excellent team player.
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
- Current valid driver's license.
