Job Overview\Exceptions typically include overseeing the origination, acquisition, asset management and disposition of real estate assets in Australia. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with investors, which can be leveraged to drive new business in direct real estate mandates for Australia.
Key Responsibilities\Exception
  • Leading on the full transaction life-cycle that includes sourcing acquisitions, underwriting and evaluating the acquisition, negotiating the agreement, coordinating the due diligence process and responsibility for closing.
  • Executing all capital market activity as it relates to financing of the assets in accordance with terms required by portfolio managers.
  • Executing on property dispositions, in line with guidance from the portfolio manager of each investment account.
  • Driving the strategy and execution of Australian investment opportunities from a market perspective, supporting team members in conducting financial underwriting and commercial appraisal, structuring the investments, transaction negotiations and presenting to internal clients, funds and investment committees.
