The role entails maintaining a unified view of the organization's domain contracts and supplier arrangements, ensuring that commitments and investment requirements are taken into account and reflected in business planning and budgeting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage vendor relations and performance
- Develop and implement a vendor governance framework and supplier review processes
- Coordinate partner and supplier pipeline and planning with various stakeholders.
- Function as a liaison between external vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure that due diligence, risk assessment, and ongoing vendor monitoring are conducted across the organization.
- Track supplier performance, service levels, metrics, and incentive pools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve supplier performance and governance issues, and develop improvement plans if necessary.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve disputes and manage escalations
- Identify and implement continuous enhancements to vendor management processes for increased efficiency
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective management of key vendors and partners, and maximize contract leverage.
- Oversee stakeholder satisfaction surveys and actions identified
- Prepare processes for analysis, selection, and transition of suppliers
- Monitor and report on contractual agreements with vendors and provide visibility of the pipeline.
- Drive optimal financial outcomes to meet budget targets
- Model supplier proposals based on solution, contractual, and financial implications to drive long-term solutions
- Promote steady process enhancements to increase operational efficiency in business partner processes.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology and/or Business is desirable
- Experienced commercial professional with ideally 5+ years' experience working in a large organization with complex environments
- Experience in a centralised commercial/ITO/product environment, providing services to a broad customer base
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and be accountable for tangible commercial results
- Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and delivering quality outputs within tight timeframes
- Experience working with others in a strategy setting role
- Experience managing direct reports, mentoring, and leading to deliver outcomes.

**Key Capabilities/Technical Competencies:**

- Strong knowledge of Agile methods and change management is essential
- Manages stakeholder expectations of deliverables, seeks ongoing feedback, and exceeds expectations where possible
- Strong customer delivery: skilled ability to ensure agile delivery of business change.

**Work Arrangements:**

- Full-time, Fixed term
