Job Title: Senior Contract Management Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our team.

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert support in contract management, administer all contracts in our database, and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless contract execution.

About the Role:
  • Contract Administration: Administer and maintain a portfolio of almost two hundred (200) separate contracts within our GWF IS Contracts Database.
  • Vendor Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for vendor inquiries and resolve any contractual discrepancies.
  • Negotiation and Consultation: Negotiate and consult with vendors on contract items where changes are required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and update contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify contractual requirements and resolve any disputes.
  3. Analyze contractual agreements to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements:

Certificate IV in Business Management or equivalent is highly desirable.

A strong passion for building relationships, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively are essential.

This role requires a high level of self-motivation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
