Our Team

We are currently seeking Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Assistant Production Managers who share our passion for reuse and customer service.

A Typical Day

As a leader, you will oversee the day-to-day functions of the sales floor or production room, lead by example, and role-model outstanding customer service. You will welcome and train new team members, coach them to meet targets, and lead safety meetings.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Availability for full-time hours (38 hrs/week) on a set or rotational roster
  • Experience managing or leading teams in fast-paced environments like retail, production, warehousing, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to empower and inspire your team
  • Impact-driven mindset to make a difference in your team and community
  • Customer-focused approach to provide exceptional experiences at every interaction
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to find better ways
  • Commitment to doing the right thing and standing up for what's right
