Job Title: Key Quality Leader

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving quality, operational excellence and compliance across ANZ.

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve outstanding quality standards.
  • Support the management and continuous improvement of all aspects of the quality management system and business information systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality management system ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., ISO13485, TGA Medical Device Regulations, QSR, MDR).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities in Australia & New Zealand.
  • Ensure effective internal and external audit preparation and execution for ANZ.

The Key Quality Leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustained improvements to our quality management system. This role also involves managing personnel training, coaching and developing a team for success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality or Business Management.
  • Strong understanding and application of industrial product regulations and standards.
  • Proven experience in team leadership roles, leading professionals.

We value collaboration and teamwork. Our office-based teams work together in-person at least 3 days per week.
