Senior Transformation Director

Osborne Richardson is a specialist public-sector recruitment agency. Our IT division is led by an experienced IT project manager, ensuring that our clients receive expert guidance based on real-world experience. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Program Director to join a large Federal government agency. The successful candidate will oversee a 3-year, $100m+ program of work, focusing on business and technology transformation across a core function of the business. This is a cross-divisional program, requiring engagement across the digital and business landscape. Key Responsibilities:
* Apply the Art of Program Management
* Experience: A strong track record in delivering large-scale transformational digital programs of $100m+ and transitioning them into operations.
* A history of working in executive transformation roles in Tier 1 financial services and/or Federal government organisations is mandatory.
* Demonstrated experience driving delivery in a scaled agile environment.
* Demonstrated experience delivering outcomes aligned with business and technology strategy.
* A strong technology background that will enable you to bring senior stakeholders on the journey, as well as hold technology delivery conversations with the program team.
* Proven ability to plan and phase the delivery of a complex program of work with multiple stakeholders using scaled agile techniques.
* Proven ability to manage multiple teams delivering multiple concurrent projects, making changes to existing systems and building new capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills with extensive experience unifying the views of senior executives, external industry stakeholders, and departmental staff on the development of products that will deliver the program vision and goals.
* Proven track record of working with a large number of Product Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers, and Delivery Leads to ensure milestones are met on time and to plan.
