About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and caring Centre Administrator to join our Maida Vale centre team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanor, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Conduct visitor tours, assist with children's enrollments, and new team orientations.
  • Utilize our Salesforce, Qikkids, and Story Park systems to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments.
  • Prioritize tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information.
  • Liaise with external suppliers/contractors, reporting back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests.
  • Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner.

Your Next Step
