Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and caring Centre Administrator to join our Maida Vale centre team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanor, maintaining confidentiality.
- Conduct visitor tours, assist with children's enrollments, and new team orientations.
- Utilize our Salesforce, Qikkids, and Story Park systems to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments.
- Prioritize tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information.
- Liaise with external suppliers/contractors, reporting back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests.
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner.
- Fully supported by our Family Care team.
