About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Benevolent Society. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical services to our clients, including evidence-based clinical service delivery, comprehensive functional capacity assessments, and leadership and mentoring to our Occupational Therapist team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to less experienced Occupational Therapists
  • Support people with a disability using an evidence-based approach
  • Adapt to client needs and their NDIS plans
  • Lead and mentor the Occupational Therapist team
  • Provide consultation and support to the wider multi-disciplinary team
