Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior executives to translate their objectives into impactful financial strategies.
  • Provide transparent financial insights to non-finance teams, highlighting cost drivers and performance enhancement opportunities.
  • Present comprehensive year-end forecasts, budget variances, and commercial insights, emphasizing potential risks and opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements by challenging conventional approaches and promoting efficient working practices.
  • Support year-end audits and navigate complex challenges with expertise and confidence.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Business.
  • Previous experience in finance business partnering roles.
  • An interpersonal focus, influencing, supporting and collaborating at all levels.
  • Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with TechOne or similar accounting systems.
  • Commercial acumen with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
