About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join our team due to continued growth.

This role focuses on financial business partnering and analysis, providing insights that drive performance, efficiencies, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring functional outcomes and financial performance indicators
  • Providing guidance and support on financial matters such as budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
  • Preparing and presenting reports with actionable insights to senior stakeholders
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing solutions that enhance business efficiency
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment between finance and operational objectives

About You

We're looking for a self-motivated finance professional with a passion for business improvement and strategic decision-making. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline (mandatory)
  • Certification as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) (mandatory)
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience collaborating across disciplines to drive business performance
  • Experience in a logistics / heavy industry environment
  • SAP and Power BI experience (highly regarded)
