Job Title: Asian Meat Processing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asian Meat Processing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process various meats, focusing on hand-cutting wagyu according to Japanese/Korean styles and specifications.
  • Perform cutting by hand trimming, slicing, packaging in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Inspect meat quality and ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining processing equipment and workspaces.

Requirements:

  • Experience in meat processing or food preparation, particularly in Asian cuisine, is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Knowledge of safety food handling practices and health regulations.
  • Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
