Osawa Enterprises is the most leading Authentic Australian/Japanese wagyu beef wholesaler in Sydney. We are seeking hardworking individuals to join our meat processing team urgently. As an Asian meat processing worker, you will handle(wagyu/Angus and also PORK), cut(Japanese/Korean hand cutting with knife) and prepare various types of meats, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety standards. You will contribute to produing premium wagyu products tailored to meet the needs of Asian(Japanese/Korean) cutting and markets.

Key responsibilities

Cut and prepare meats(restaurants, geoceries, online and walk-in/open to public) according to Japanese/Korean standards and company specificatinos.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety guidelines.

Maintain clean and organized workplaces, following proper sanitation protocols.

Monitor product quality, ensuring meats meet required cutting skils, presentation with proper labelling, freshness, and stock control criteria.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in chef/kitchen hand, food processing, and meat factory to fully understnad kife skills, food production, or similar role is preferred but not required, training will be provided until fully understood.

Knowledge of Japanese/Korean meats and cuts is a strong advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and perform repetitive tasks.

Physical stamina to lift and move heavy boxes and work in cool work environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene practices is a plus.

Team player with good communication and time management skills.

Work Environment

The work environment involves colder areas.

Use of personal protective equipment and hygiece clothing are required.

Standing for meany hours, lifting boxes, and tight finining time limits are occasionally required.

WH, Students, and any other Visa holders are welcome to apply. Please specify hiw many days and hours you wish to work. we are working as Moring and afternoon shifts between Monday to Friday. We won't need any weekend workers(only 3rd saturday every month is open to public is an extra weekend)

Pay: From $29.20 per hour
