Job Description

This role is responsible for helping to lead our Jim Beam brand in Australia, achieving sales and marketing objectives, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our Global Brand House and local teams to develop and execute annual brand plans, manage budgets, and deliver results-driven programs.

You'll be accountable for planning and managing the brand's marketing strategy, including ATL/BTL, on/off premise activations, and media buying. You'll also support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering the 3-year growth plan, contribute to new product development strategies, and develop through-the-line brand campaigns.

In addition, you'll lead the implementation of media, earned, and experiential activities for the brand, build relationships with commercialization teams, and communicate brand standards, plans, and strategies to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in consumer marketing with a proven ability in brand marketing
  • Tertiary qualifications (preferably Commerce or Business with Marketing Major)
  • Liquor industry experience is valued but not essential

Requirements:

  • Ability to use creative marketing techniques effectively
  • Experience with bringing new products to market, including cross-functional project team involvement
