About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging customers in an authentic way, sharing product knowledge, and providing end-to-end service.
  • Collaborating with the store leadership team to set up and facilitate customer events.
  • Advocating for our loyalty program by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offerings.
  • Developing the product knowledge of team members in the store.
  • Undertaking various tasks, including customer service and inventory management, as well as duty management.
  • Making decisions through and role-modeling our Values and Ways of Working.
  • Contributing to sales planning processes by sharing specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product lines.
